PM-Command-Centre-Quick-Guide.doc

A live operational hub for your project. Paste in meeting notes, let the AI extract the structured data, and track everything from budget to risks - all in one place, all connected.

Getting started

Up and running in three steps

1

Create a project

From the Portfolio Dashboard, click + New project. Give it a name and it's ready. You can run multiple projects and switch between them at any time.

2

Paste your meeting notes

Go to Meeting Input and paste in your notes - raw text is fine. The AI pulls out decisions, actions, risks, budget items, milestones, assumptions, and dependencies automatically.

3

Review, tick, commit

A review panel shows everything the AI found. Tick what you want to keep, untick anything off-mark, then hit Commit selected. Data flows into the relevant sections immediately.
