About
Who built this and why
I'm Adam. I've spent over 20 years in operations and programme delivery, and I now run a multi-programme portfolio worth around £10 million. I designed GODS, the delivery framework mandated across that portfolio, so I know what good project control looks like, and how much of a project manager's week goes on paperwork rather than people. For the past two years I've tested what AI can actually do in real operational work, not in a demo. This is what came out of it: tools built for the job as it is, not the job description.

PM data: local by default, synced by choice
Everything in the PM Command Centre (projects, risks, budgets, decisions) is saved locally in your browser unless you choose otherwise. Optional cloud sync, off until you switch it on, keeps them in an encrypted database tied to your login so they follow you across devices. Delete the cloud copy anytime with one click.
Your files never leave your computer
Documents are read in your browser and never uploaded. Only their text is sent, with each question, to Anthropic to produce the answer. We keep no copy, and Anthropic deletes what it receives within 30 days.
Never used to train AI
Answers come from Anthropic's Claude API under its commercial terms, which bar Anthropic from training models on customer content.
