About
I'm Adam, Senior Programme and Operations Leader with over 10 years in operations across sectors. I built this because operations professionals spend their careers doing work that doesn't fit neatly into a job description, and the tools available to them are designed for everyone, which means they're optimised for no one. I've spent two years testing what AI can genuinely do in operational environments, not theoretically, in practice. This is the result.

Processing runs on Anthropic's Claude API under commercial terms, so your documents and questions are never used to train models.
Everything in the PM Command Centre (projects, risks, budgets, decisions) is saved locally in your browser unless you choose otherwise. Optional cloud sync, off until you switch it on, encrypts your projects and keys them to your login so they follow you across devices. Delete the cloud copy anytime with one click.
